Madman Marine's latest app is a a simple yet handy Android app for calculating elapsed times for time on time handicaps so you can see how much time you need to beat the other boat by or how far ahead of you the other boat needs to finish. Set the Reference Elapsed Time to 1 hour exactly to see how much time you need to give or take per hour. Or set your expected race duration to see the total time difference. 
Use it before a race to plan your strategy, during the race to gauge how you're doing or after the race to check that the scorer/handicapper has done his/her job properly.
